OUR PROGRAMS
The foundation of our program lies in the Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals class, where we delve into the essential positions and movements of the discipline. Open to all belts, catering to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. It serves as the prime launchpad to hone your skills and forge a profound bond with Jiu Jitsu.
In our No-Gi class, we fuse fundamental techniques with a dynamic, high-tempo approach, prioritizing agility and rapid decision-making. Here, students delve into advanced submissions, honing their execution and comprehension within live scenarios.
Tailored for children aged 4 to 12, our youth Jiu Jitsu classes are meticulously crafted to introduce youngsters to the foundational moves and principles of the discipline.
